Gauze sticks to the wound – all tips to dress?
By doc – remove old dressing, soak, then apply a given ointment and apply non-stick gauze, applied tape on top. Each evening, NON-STICK gauze former is blocked! I let it soak for bearable to delete but it never really bearable. It sucks every time. I have carefully read the directions and slightly moist ointment gauze first (nothing to soak in the ointment?) before applying. I intend to the dressing in a few minutes if I have not yet whether it worked. Is there a trick to get a plague of "letting go" of a tire (non-member not less !)???? It my 3rd night and the tension is through the roof! : (
Sometimes, non-stick gauze has 2 sides, a "right" and "bad." Only one sides have the nonstick coating. Is this perhaps the problem for you: If that's not how much cream you ask? If you put on too little, it will not make a difference in the bonding of gauze or not. How long is the canvas on? The longer it is on, the more likely end up paste. Try to change it twice a day instead of one. If it sticks again, the only way to do is soak in hot water or water Current hot top. Once the dressing is saturated with water, it will start to dissolve the crust fluids and soften the scabs that are causing gauze to stick. Then work your way around the border of gauze, gently pulling it out until you come to the place where it is still sticky. Soak again. Working around the band again. Etc. After a while you should have the whole band off with a minimum pain. Good luck.
