Are there any dietary supplement to help with psoriasis?
I suffer from severe psoriasis of the scalp and use a regular basis coal tar shampoo, but it does not seem to work lately. I used it for years and he usually keeps pretty psoriasis almost under control. I do not know why it seems to have it in my scalp with a few spots on other parts of my body.
I have suffered from psoriasis on my knees and elbows for the past 17 years, the patches are still mainly self-contained to my knees and elbows.
