I'm 23 years the foreskin on my penis has not retracted?
Also this foreskin is longer than the penis. I see two more nerves running between the penis and foreskin. One of my friends told me the nerves will be cut and there will be profuse bleeding during first of her sex. I'm really scared of pain
First, it is good that your foreskin extends beyond the end of your glans (penis head). Some guys have longer foreskins and others shorter. Second, it seems you might have a case of phimosis, a condition where the foreskin opening is too small / narrow for you to be able to easily pull your foreskin. There are some things you can do to "fix" it. The first thing you should try are stretching exercises. See links 1 and 2 for a large detailed instructions on how to proceed. It is best done just after a shower / bath when the skin is the most flexible. Do stretching exercises for 10-20 minutes each day for a month or two. If after a month or two and you see little or no progress, then ask your doctor about certain prescription creams that're supposed to help. In one study, these creams are the most cost-effective treatment a doctor can provide (link 3). To make things more efficient and go faster, it is preferable to mix the cream and stretching exercises. In almost all cases of phimosis the above two treatments are all what it takes. You can ignore the comments / suggestions telling you to be circumcised because it is something useless and certainly not that you'd like. View links 4 and 5 for more information more useful. I do not know what you mean exactly by two nerves running between the penis and foreskin. In any case, the nerves are not supposed to be cut and it should not be bleeding or pain during intercourse. Your friend may be referring at the brake (link 6), making it "ties" the foreskin over the glans. If your brake is really short and / or if you have sex really difficult, can tear and bleed profusely. Just be gentle during sex and everything will be fine.
