birth pills Shrinks endometriomas or chocolate cysts so named?
I had ovarian cysts for 3 times I take now.When Drug BC, they shrink and go away completely in 6 weeks.Now I doubt they are functional cysts or endometriomas.Please clarify ……. gynecologists or endocrinologists all there
Endometriomas are only the uterine tissue that is outside of the uterus. This may be in the rectum, inside the abdoment, etc. Normally the pills as they do shrink endometriomas regulate your hormone levels. Ovarian cysts generally do not change from the pill that I can remember. I hope this helps.
