i love covering things with chocolate! Peppermint bark candy canes crushed to make 1 cup 2 pounds white with aromas of peppermint chocolate, optional (use Paula said about 2 tsp, to taste) Place candy canes in a plastic bag and hammer into 1/4-inch pieces or less. Melt chocolate in double boiler. candy cane combine with pieces of chocolate (add peppermint flavoring at this point if desired.).
