how do you use Kinesio tape?
I found the Kinesio Taping Association website, link below. They have instructions on how to apply the strips, for many different applications. I used ribbon sports a torn plantar fascia in the past, and found the registration useful. If registration can really train your body and how injuries or other conditions decline, this seems to be a good thing for me. Good luck!
