If the man boobs are associated with an obese boy than a diet and exercise program can be introduced to help reduce the man boobs.
In older males who develop man boobs the condition can be more difficult to diagnosis. In 25% of man boob cases the occurrence of man boobs is unknown. There are several medicines that can cause the development of man boobs. There are also many medical conditions that are also associated with the development of man boobs. The obvious reason would be obesity. If you are a male with man boobs trying a diet and exercise program to reduce the size of your man boobs is a great first step.
To try and eliminate man boobs through diet and exercise you will have to introduce a cardio workout while also targeting the pectoral area as well. Working just the pecs will not reduce the size of the man boobs. You will need to lose the weight first to reduce the size of the mammary area. In many cases surgery is the only way to completely eliminate man boobs due to the excess mammary tissue. This tissue must be removed through cosmetic surgery to reduce the appearance of man boobs.
