Can’t get enough sleep?
Help – I can’t get enough sleep! For some stupid reason if I wake up once it’s light out, I can’t fall back asleep – even if i just went to bed two hours earlier. I’m in Arizona, so in the summer here the sun comes up at 5 a.m. If my husband wakes me up I’m always mad at him because then I won’t be able to fall back asleep, but it’s frustrating for him waking up and having to pee and feeling like he can’t go because his wife will be mad! This is making me crazy!! Any suggestions? We are on a VERY tight budget, so room darkening shades aren’t an option (too expensive – unless someone has heard of a cheap version that actually works?). Also I’ve tried sleeping with those blindfolds but they’re uncomfortable and it actually makes the problem worse. We once tried nailing a blanket over the window and that helped but it was ugly and eventually too heavy for the nails and ripped. Any other suggestions???
Close all the curtains, or get really dark ones so the sun is not so bright, you could also go to sleep earlier =]
