What type of anti-fungal powders do you recommend to mix with dust bath a chinchilla?
My friend has the chin fungus, poor little guy veterinarian in his city. He was treated with alcohol twice a day, but he sent me a photo of him, and I think must do more than that. I heard that the athlete's foot powder adding that it will help heal. What kind do you think works best? His actually a common treatment. Vets and breeders advise.
Tinactin use 1/2tsp per cup of dust. Another option is a product blueKote called then it turns blue, but is a great anti-fungal. But please make sure it is a fungus, not ring worm. Treatment can be the same, but may take longer.
